1. 我可於網上更改獎勵機票的日期嗎？

你可於網上更改國泰航空或國泰港龍航空獎勵機票的出發日期（含兩站以上中途停留的機票、終斷行程機票或同行貴賓獎勵機票須經其他途徑辦理），步驟如下：

1. 登入你的賬戶
2. 前往「你的航班」
3. 按「更改航班」
4. 按指示更改你的獎勵機票日期

請留意，更改獎勵機票預訂須受以下限制：

• 可更改的機票僅限已確認的飛行獎勵
• 航空公司須與原獎勵機票相同
• 出發地及目的地機場須與原獎勵機票相同
• 新的旅程日期須在原獎勵機票的有效期內
• 所有更改須在原定出發日期前申請並完成

如你的國泰航空或國泰港龍航空獎勵機票預訂無法在網上更改，或想更改其他航空公司航班的獎勵機票預訂，請致電「亞洲萬里通」服務熱線、發送電郵或通過我們的社交平台聯繫我們尋求協助。
經網頁表格辦理，須支付的服務費為每人、每航段USD25或1,000里數；經其他途徑辦理，須支付的服務費為每人、每航段USD40或4,000里數。

2. 飛行獎勵簽發後，我還可以更改目的地嗎？

可以。只要你的飛行獎勵未經使用，即可更改目的地並重新簽發，服務費為USD100或10,000里數。

重新簽發的飛行獎勵須受以下限制：

• 有效期與原獎勵機票相同
• 航空公司須與原獎勵機票相同
• 乘客姓名須與原獎勵機票相同

你須支付變更後的機場稅、燃油附加費或其他費用，才會獲重新簽發該飛行獎勵。 （為原機票支付的機場稅及燃油附加費將於4至6星期內按當時的匯率退回交易時使用的信用卡。）

國泰航空由即時起豁免下列有關「亞洲萬里通」之獎勵機票重新訂位及更改航點的服務費用。此項特别豁免適用於所有2020年2月1日或之前簽發，並於2020年2月1日至29日涉及抵達香港、由香港出發及過境香港，而已確認國泰航空或國泰港龍航空機位之機票。
「亞洲萬里通」之獎勵機票

1. 取消行程及退票
   • 不豁免取消行程或退票之服務費用。
2. 重新訂位／更改航點
   • 免費更改 ，而服務費用在以下情況可獲豁免:
     1. 行程須於2020年2月1日至29日涉及抵達香港、由香港出發及過境香港，並已確認國泰航空或國泰港龍航空機位，需於2020年2月29日或以前及出發前提出有關要求。
        
     2. 更改後的出發日期必須為2020年6月30日或以前，並須受艙位供應限制，而機票有效期亦將作相應調整。
        
   • 若更改後的出發日期已超過機票有效期內，重新簽發機票的服務費用可獲豁免。
   • 可更改往返任何國泰航空／國泰港龍航空的航點，須受艙位供應限制並支付里數及税務之差價。
   • 重新訂位的機票須受「亞洲萬里通」之條款及細則約束。

國泰航空由即時起豁免下列有關「亞洲萬里通」之獎勵機票的服務費用。此項特别豁免適用於所有2020年2月7日或之前簽發，並於2020年2月7日至3月31日涉及往返台灣，而已確認國泰航空或國泰港龍航空機位之機票。

「亞洲萬里通」之獎勵機票

1. 取消行程及退票
   • 豁免取消行程或退票之服務費用。
2. 重新訂位／更改航點
   • 免費更改 ，而服務費用在以下情況可獲豁免:
     1. 行程須於2020年2月7日至3月31日涉及往返台灣，並已確認國泰航空或國泰港龍航空機位，需於2020年3月31日或以前提出有關要求。
        
     2. 更改後的出發日期必須為2020年6月30日或以前，並須受艙位供應限制，而機票有效期亦將作相應調整。
        
   • 若更改後的出發日期已超過機票有效期內，重新簽發機票的服務費用可獲豁免。
   • 可更改往返任何國泰航空／國泰港龍航空的航點，須受艙位供應限制並支付里數及税務之差價。

2.1 正常時期政策

In most circumstances you will be able to cancel or change reward flights subject to availability and an associated service fee. See our booking and service fees for details.
Please note:

• Some changes may require additional Avios, for example when changing from an off-peak date to a peak date. We'll show you the cost in Manage My Booking or explain it to you over the phone before making any changes.
• When changing from a peak date to an off-peak date, we will refund any difference in the Avios price. However, for Avios & Money bookings, we will be unable to refund any difference in the money portion of the price. You are able to cancel the original flights for a full refund and make a new booking instead.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the first flight in your itinerary to be eligible for a refund.

Many changes to simple reward flights can be made online in Manage My Booking but you will need to contact your local Service Centre in the following circumstances:

• changing a British Airways reward flight from an off-peak date to a peak date
• changing a British Airways reward flight from a peak date to an off-peak date and where you require an immediate refund of the Avios difference (you can make these changes online but the Avios will be refunded about ten days later)
• if the reward flight booking was made using any type of voucher, such as a Companion Voucher or Travel Together Ticket
• if the reward fight booking contains a connecting flight
• if the flight has been upgraded using Avios

Summary

Following the Foreign Office’s continued advice against all but essential travel to mainland China, we have cancelled all our flights to Beijing and Shanghai until 31 March 2020. All our flights travelling from Beijing and Shanghai have been cancelled until 1 April 2020.

Flights to and from Hong Kong remain unaffected.

This situation will remain under review and we will continue to provide regular updates. If you have a booking with us, please make sure we have your contact details. 

We’ll do everything we can to help customers affected.

My flight has been cancelled, what are my options?

1)    If you have booked via British Airways – you can refund your ticket via Manage My Booking, or discuss rebooking options by calling us on 0800 727 800 from within the UK, or +44 (0)203 250 0145 from outside the UK. As availability of alternative flights is limited, rebooking may take time.

2)    If you have booked via a travel agent – please contact them directly to discuss further arrangements for your booking. 

I’m booked to/from Hong Kong, can I rebook or refund my flight?

If you are flying to/from Hong Kong up until 1 April 2020, you can rebook on to another flight operated by British Airways to the same destination at a later date, or request a refund.

To make this change please contact us. If you made this booking via a travel agent, please contact them to rebook your flight.

I’m booked to/from China, but my flight has NOT been cancelled, can I get a refund?

We are continuing to review our flights beyond 1 April. Please continue to monitor this page, and ensure that your contact details are up to date.
